Do you minimize your game for long periods of time? I find that usually happens when I minimize (Using the [-] button or clicking the symbol on the taskbar) the game.
Or if it's happening a lot in a single session, Windows has the magical ability to fix many problems by rebooting.

*shrug* Mabi's weird. Dunno why it'd suddenly be a problem if it hasn't before, but, like Drac and Llama, I've found this only ever happens when the computer goes into sleep mode or the game has been minimized. That's probably your problem. I'd do as Drac suggested and reboot the computer if you've had it on for a long time.

No one here works for nexon so no one would know.
we can only assume what is going to be on sale

Use
http://time.is/ and math to figure out time differences.

x86 = 32bits
x64 = 64bits = x86-64
