  Splat, the answer to this question is found on the same, tiny page from which you got that image for Shyllien Crystals on the wiki. There is literally a section right under the image that says "How to Obtain", with a link to Shyllien Ecology.

  Also, Splat, Magic Craft is an extremely difficult/time consuming/resource burning skill to rank. I would not suggest attempting to reach r1 just because of a random whim.

  That staff would not be worth much on Alexina. The Matk roll is next to worst, the Critical roll is very low, and it only has a mediocre Durability bonus. It would be worth around 300k. Maybe less.

  At the present, you could probably do Ecology in a few days of grinding.
  
  Magic Craft, however, will take weeks.

  how do you ecology when no one is aroudn i keep getting knocked about by rabbits or fireballed from no where

  You're an elf, you should be able to use hide.
  And you're not getting fireballed out of nowhere, use the wiki to see where it comes from.

  i cant hide and skill or any other action at same time other wise id elf hide meditate and ecology for evers and everything

  You can hide between skills. Provided that you don't get attacked.
  And if you see a fireball coming, just run. I know you're an elf, so you should be able to dodge the fireball easily. You can even use your pets if you have to, I know you have enough pets.

  ecology never seems to want to deacivate when i see teh fireball thing its clci ki click my skill and it ignore that im clciking and esc wont cancle either

  i really like the one at shillwen mine cuz craftign thing right behind npc that gives it to you + suppiles you with shillwen crystals for coversion
