  There are probably a lot of different ways to discuss it. Talking about your favorite porn, writing suggestions for other people, maybe asking where to find a certain porn, etc etc.

  My guess is either they don't consider anime child porn (which is laughable), or it's simply not suggestive enough to be considered sexualized.

  They can't prosicute you for 2d underage because its considered art. however it is illegal to import loli douijins in some states and will be treated as cp if you do

  I do recall somebody being arrested for having 2D child pornography, but who knows. Either way, it's still a rightfully moral issue, even if it isn't necessarily a legal one. Hence why other graphic (though likely legal) material isn't allowed.
