I decided I will make an attempt to get back into Mabi around the time when school starts. However, I have no idea what's the best place to start from once I start playing Mabi again.
Basically the most major things I've left behind before quitting :
- My Elf is basically pretty set to start from. Rank 2 Windmill, Rank 2 Refine with all mythril failures completed, decked in decent equipment and enchants.
- My Human needs tons of rebuilding. Has a few Rank 1 Skills, not to mention Rank C Windmill and Rank B Refining which need some work done on. Due to the Rank 1 Skills adding Dex, that makes Refining even harder/more expensive. I shouldn't need to worry too much about Windmill.
- My Giant has no progress done on it whatsoever.
- I have access to Raccoon Cub, Abysmal, Damaging, and Inconvenient gear.
- My funds may or may not be low.
- Generation Quest Progress isn't that high. My Human is at the start of G3, and my Elf has made minor progress on G10. Or was it G9? Forgot which Generation Quest Alchemist is.
So basically, I don't know where to start off from all that. I thought that my best bet would be to find a source of income so I can get something done for my Human though. Also I don't know whether or not I should sell my Raccoon Cub or not. It can easily fetch for tons of gold and I already have access to other -CP gear, but I just have a feeling that I might need it in the future or something. :/

Continue your elf, and finish up Windmill and Refine as soon as possible. Even if they are both R2, R1 for both are the only useful ones :D Plus, elves are pretty easy to get used to if you've been away for long or have never played them, so you can get back into the game easily. You might want to do the Generation quests too, since they're somewhat fun. And you might want to keep your Raccoon until you rank Taming and Alchemy Mastery.

Go with whatever character you feel most comfortable with and work on them first.
I'd say hold on to the raccoon cub until your satisfied with your skill ranks on your elf and human, then sell it if you wish.

personally, that elf's base is so great i don't see why you shouldn't play it.

doing the gen quests first would be a good dea since they gives alot of exp, and getting demigod sooner is better than later v:

1. Don't bother with the Giant if you are not interested in it.
2. Do not sell off any of your -CP equipment. There are going to be a lot of changes in the game, especially with skills and having one of these equipment makes the game less irritating.
3. Elf: Windmill. Get back to windmilling. You should be doing it in Ant Hell with all the -CP clothings, that is the easiest place to train windmill.
4. Human: Refine. There are a couple of newer enchants minus-ing dex.
[Prefix]
Rank C Wild for anything, minus 5 dex above level 16
Rank A Rigid for Shield, minus 10 dex
Rank A Heavy for Clothes, minus 8 dex if AR above RC
Rank 9 Silver Fox for Metal tools, minus 20 dex
Rank 9 Stiff on Tail Cap, minus 10 dex if Lightningbolt above RA
Rank 9 Norman on Normal warrior equipment, minus 12 dex
Rank 9 Inclined Shoes, -20 dex
Rank 9 Fleet for Shoes, -15 dex
Rank 8 Musician for Shoes, -10 dex if Playing Instrument below R9
Rank 8 Wooden Needle for wooden equips, minus 16 dex
[Suffix]
Rank D Scarecrow for any equipment, minus 6-9 dex each
Rank C Snail for any equipment, minus 9-12 dex each
Rank A Brave for metal tools, minus 10 dex
Rank 9 Hindrance (that -100CP Heavy Armor), minus 10 dex
Rank 9 Melting for helms (the synthesis success adding equipment, comes on shoes too), minus 12 dex
Rank 8 Dark Cross (often comes out from G11 peaca missions), minus 20 dex
Rank 8 Alteration for shields, minus 10 dex
Rank 7 Snowfield for accessory, minus 10 dex
Rank 6 Cosmos for accessory, minus 15 dex
5. Elf: Refine. Get back to it once you can buy the ores required or find the time to get them.
6. Income-wise, I cannot recommend anything but you might want to look into various trades people go into. Rafting is pretty profitable, holy-water is rather stable, life-skills materials depend on market demand, buying and selling enchant materials is slow but if you have housing you can make some money off these if you are willing to wait it out.

A decent way to make money(dunno about your server) is spamming for pages. If you can solo Fiodh for 4 you can easily make 1m+ a day if you try.

Wait for G13 to work on your giant :D... Hoard aging AP for now so you can get to R1 WM in a day when you go Knight class.

Or work on WM now and get it over in three days if he works on it, so he can work on Stomp for the mastery title for +40 Str, and probably get melee over with and working on other things so that when G13 comes, he can focus on the weapon masteries and have them be useful.

This. WM training is so ridiculously easy for a giant. No r4 hell, All the strong/awfuls are greatly reduced.
But your elf seems to be better built now.

This is how I see it...Pikablu has school so I'm not sure if he has enough time to play 3 characters.
For me, one character is enough, I don't see how people can handle 2 or 3 unless they have a lot of computer playing time.
Ultimately it's up to him.

mew got r6 WM on his giant by doing virtually nothing. literally. i played like 20 minutes a day for a week on it.

2 hours of game time a day can net you Lv60 or so weekly on both characters.
