My current allies saved my life. I don't think they would ever betray me. They've had plenty of opportunities to be rid of me.

Theres no real "enemies" where I come from, none that threaten my life anyway. Everyone where I come from has agreed to follow a strict set of honor code, where if your defeated in a particular martial art form, you must stand down no matter what.
However being what I am it seems that everyone would be my enemy had I not sealed away my birth given abilities.....

...Ironically, most of my allies died one by one... And the syndicate turned against me...

I don't have any allies, I have my sister and my two pets but those are really the only people I know. Who's the syndicate?

...It's better if you don't know...

Are you on the run from them?

...Well now, they are completely destroyed...I heard that Kirihara made a new Syndicate though...

Eliminate them while they are still weak, if they turned their back you have no reason not to.

People turn on things they do not understand. I am glad that what I am is very easy to hide, almost all of the time, anyway. If I do show my abilities to someone it's not usually someone whose opinion matters.

You hee-humans sure like to tw-heest and distort relationships beyond comprehension. We demons, on the other hand, prefer more fundamental re-hee-lationships, ho! Most alliances are formed through verb-ho contract and the budi-buds made from such relationships are stored are stored on mobile computer-doohick-hees.

Most of me, if any, isn't human, but I suppose that's largely how I function. It is difficult. Sometimes I wonder if the people we're turning in for gold are people that were lost, the way I was before. Maybe no one ever told them they had a choice.

Being human is not something to be ashamed though. Humans learn many things, and teach them to others. I'm still learning about "being" from them.

...I'm a contractor...I think...But why...Do I still have emotions...And at times...I don't think rational like a contractor...
