There aren't many decent enchants that increase your total mana.
Arcane is a shoe-in for all prefix slots and Backbreaking is the best glove suffix for pretty much every talent, to include alchemy.
Don't forget that transformation typically maxes out your alchemic damage contribution from mana, so all of those mana enchants are practically useless while transformed. Concerning weapons, these are ideal for water cannon use:
Demonic Abyss Cylinder

- Prefix: Moist
- Suffix: Disaster/Wave

So lets say for uh..Accessories, Would Arcane be better to use than Transparent?

If you have capped MP(Base stats) and have arcane unlocked, I'd do transparent over arcane, since mana stops contributing to watercannon after 1.5k

Say tropa when you get a chance I was wondering if you could take a look at my char on mabi... I'm trying to max out on enchants but Im not sure how I'm doing... Im wondering if all Im missing is stats or what... but I got some nice damage overall... maybe Im missing that 100 dollar combo card... but I think Im doing the right thing so far...

synergy magma hell fire is rank 2 reforge with fire alchemic damage 10 r-type 3
the abyss is wave enchanted and r-type 1
synergy magma gaurd cylinder
and a wave guard cylinder that i plan to mix with moist once i get enough moist burns
Accessory :Heatedx2 or transparent tidal and transparent (no suffix)
Helm: flame burst duration 10 wig
chest: Seething ripple cres wear 4/4/3 r2 reforge with rain cast water cannon damage 9
Boots:Hotfoot cowboy cres boots 4/4/1 r2 water efficiency 7
Gloves: Spark water drop((need to replace with ripple)) 2/4/2 cres gloves no reforge
all my gear is three line
Maybe you can tell me how im doing here? like what besides reforges do i need to do?

by doing all skills that give HP and MP you get more dmg towards flame burst and water cannon right there so that is an option.
your cylinders look fine, going for r5 is the optimal choice for better output dmg(r6 if you have extra cylinders and enchants so be careful); the enchants are good on them but would make the abyss synergy wave.
the guard cyl moist isn't too bad if you're looking for mainly water (seeing as you have two guard cyls you do) but the x10 repair fee can be a bit much, so synergy isn't a bad choice.
accesories are good, heated tidal is good if you want best of both worlds, transparent tidal if you want mainly water cannon.
you're doing good on everything so far getting that 10/10/x cress helps a lot also all you can really do is exactly what you didn't ask for which is reforges, and all HP and MP giving skills

I agree you're lookin' pretty good aside from the reforges and even those are coming along nicely. If you're going for a water-fire hybrid set I'd put Flame ES on your wig, if you can get your hands on it. Aside from that, R5 the cylinders and wrap up the enchants as TJP advised.
When it comes to reforges, I'd get:
Boots - rain cast cooldown reduction
Abyss - water cannon max damage OR rain cast duration
Gloves - water cannon or flame burst range, or rain cast cloud radius

I'm pretty new to alchemy so I'd like to know (sorry if you've answered this in previous pages I just don't want to read through 16 pages of comments) what skills I should rank first. Currently my water cannon is r6 and flame burst is r7. basically everything else is r9-rF. Training isn't much of an issue for me I just need more ap to keep up with the amounts alchemy requires
oh also my hp/mp/stam is 386/604/397

In discussing with Tropa and a couple other alchemist buddies, we’ve come up with the following different groups of skills in terms of when you should plan on ranking them (if at all). These are based off of a select few opinions so I’d be happy to hear other ideas. This doesn’t take into account talent exp, so if you’re simply looking to get your master alch talents, I’d encourage you to do some research on what would be most efficient to rank AP-wise. Our list assumes you want to actually use the skillset effectively as a battle alchemist. Mastering the transmutation talent will require you to work on several of the skills we’ve marked as optional. This list does not include skills outside alchemy that are still essential to the playstyle (basics such as critical/defense/counter, or HP/MP/Stam giving skills). Numbers in parentheses next to the skill indicate AP required for r1.
Note: The last section contains skills that you should rank “when rankable,†meaning whenever using them during other training completes the rank, go ahead and rank it up. Most will go quickly/smoothly during early ranks, and some will need to be deliberately trained at higher ranks (such as Alchemy Mastery).

I did some maths and if I am correct the maximum Watercannon on a 0/0 mob is about 146k(this was without moist Enchant cause...over 1 mil for repairs is never worth it). I used wiki's formula and hopefully I am correct. If there is an error it is where I calculated critical damage but I think I got it right.

Just wanted everyone to know that I have finished enchanting my gear and my cylinders :3
Though question what reforge should I focus on first? I'm currently trying to get r1 on my wear (and we all know how painstaking that is) I mainly want the watercannon boost under rain reforge as a priority but opinions would be.nice :3
Also why would you stop at R5 @_@ just got to R6 (I go lucky though and succeeded on my first abyss and hellfire)

'Cause a failure on 5->6 destroys the weapon and some people don't consider the boost worth getting another of that weapon and doing all the proffing and upgrading and stoning to try again.
