  I've read the whole thread but I'm not 100% as to whether this reduction is applied only to alchemy or towards all damage output. It seems almost too good to be true that I can have all the utility of alchemy while being able to use other skills to full effect.

  Elemental Wave itself has a cooldown of 5 or so minutes?
  You can also charge up your orbs (Guard shield only, or a new alchemy addition in general?) and use Golden Time to get Elemental Wave automatically?

  Golden Time has the cd of 5-3 mins. Other than that, you've pretty much got it.

  I trust other alchemy skills such as shock would add to both the fire and wind element? Or does charging balls only work with the basic wc/fb/wb/sb? Because spamming windblast and sandburst might take a while e.e

  From what I saw in the stream, Life drain adds 8% to wind and 2% to everything else.
  I'm sure all alchemy skills will count to it.
  
  I will test this out when KR live finishes downloading.

  I think she mean when using sword + guard cylinder or something, is it able? Cylinder + cylinder is obvious.

  Yes, what I was asking for... Guard Cylinder + something else that is not a cylinder (like sword or wand).

  Last night Herro had a sword with the guard cylinder. Save the doubt, it's a shield that's also a cylinder. It's just another hybrid weapon.
  
  But srsly, you asked if you can put a cylinder on with the shield....that's how you use ele wave in the first place. >.>

  But my question is that can you use Heat Buster with Guard Cylinder and one-handed weapon (that is not a cylinder), because the person in video who dual-wields the cylinders uses Heat Buster after using Elemental Wave... but it may be that Heat Buster won't work after using Elemental Wave if you only have the Guard Cylinder with some other non-cylinder weapon, not dual-wielding the cylinders.
  
  So. I want the confirmations on that please.
