Explain~
The Black Mask Staff cannot receive upgrades but it gives a flat +25% damage bonus to all magic skills. This is important because S-Type upgrades essentially get nerfed following the renewal. It has the same limitations as the Hermit Staff and also changes your movement to levitation.
The Uroboros skill allows you to summon a "snake Cerberus" which spews out poison dealing 150~165 damage per tick over a period of 30 seconds.
I believe that it also reduces enemy movement speed by 35% while lowering magical protection by 18%.
