I thought your sister's friend offered to do a grammar-check for you? :u Were the e-mails never exchanged?
Your guides are still understandable so it's no big deal. XD

I'm not sure if it's mentioned, but you can make finest anvils in housing, which gives 10% more success rate.

:shock2: ... no way how did i forget that!! I been using them since i started smithing too, there just ... wat the ... anyway thx howhurl, it has been added.
P.S surprisingly with 4x training and a patron set and exp 10 hammer, I only need to use the finest anvil ~50-60 times from r8-r1 when crafting armors

for cooking rank 9, it's a lot easier to get fried veggies instead of shrimp fried rice.

If you're making "Jumbo" foods, or just any food in general, abuse your maids and butlers to make 5 star dishes.
Don't use commerce partners though, they only have rank A cooking, and won't have the 5 star bonus.

Having updated cooking yet, there has been many changes in recipes and additional recipes that can make certain ranks easier. So tell me and i'll add it thx everyone =D
And i dont understand froglord ... u can use ur maid/butler to make you food for the eating requirement or the actually cooking requirement?

Masadeer wrote on 2014-06-18 14:18
yes and no. You can only cook one dish a day per maid/butler. but if you do it right it should always be five stars max stats.
i have one butler and three maids, but i still went on my alt to cook me fried veggies (i had him at rank 9 years ago, my prod alt that is).
oh and you should link some cooking rulers while you're at it, im using the japanese version of mabicooking and image eye.
Mabicooking gives you a bar the size of your cooking bar, and allows you to adjust how much of that bar is filled with what percent of the bar, so for example i want to make vales fire, i make option 1 75% and option 2 25% i leave option 3 at 0% i have a bar with two colors one taking up 75% of it and the other color filling up the remainder, i then drag this over mabi and use that to start my 20x vales fire for my daily catering buff needs.
mabicooking works better if you're repettitively making one dish over and over, image eye is better if you're making many different dishes.
Btw. i use my food cart to give me 2x cooking skill exp, since im not on a cooking talent, if i did that would be 4x exp, adding in event life skill pots, 8x. it's a portable stove and source of water as well =x

Shrimp fried rice? for r9, you have to buy Fried Shrimp and eat it not make shrimp fried rice.
If your talking about rank A in which you can either eat stir-fried items or make noodles, i only suggested buying shrimp fried rice because you cant stir-fried until your r9.

well aware of that, but there's no way in hell im going to go get all that flour for noodles. hence fried veggies. you listed shrimp fried rice as an alternative, i just gave an easier one.

Fried Onion is the easiest stir-fry to make. And it doesn't use noodles?
I don't agree making popcorn for r9. You're wasting so much time gathering corn just to save like 300g.

I ranked Cooking from F to 9 to get ingredient hunting, and the only time I was unable to avoid any sort of flour/collection/gathering/multi-step for training so far was making a few stir fry batter things for one rank where I was unable to avoid having to stir-fry some things. I was making use of 2x cooking training (from the event, talent works too) and a level 2 cooking EXP reforge from an NPC reforge kit on a ladle (that reforge seems to be more common than I thought).

u still cant make fried veggies bekos u cant stir-fried anything until ur r9 cooking ... hence u either buy stir-fried dish from other ppl [shrimp fried rice being more common place bekos ppl sell them as monkey food] or make noodles...

With an exp item, it becomes extremely easy allowing you to skip alot of the redundant cooking just to eat them for a few pts and skipping the annoying wheat requirements. i shall update it with and exp reforged section soon...

The cooking exp reforge also works for the skill books, which is really neat.
