New magic skills question

  Anyone know the mater title bonus of the four new magic skills? Meteor, Instant Cast, Moving Cast and Wand Mastery.

  I'm interested to see what the master title of instant cash does. If it further reduce the cool down noticeably , I might choose it over the metro strike title.

  For the longest time I've been wondering who said moving cast takes 2x MP.

  I've seen it both on Game about and in a KR vid. In that one KR mage vid "I'll dig up later" the player moves while only loading around 2 charges of IS and ends up using around/over 400mp.

  524ap for meteor. IT costs less than the combined cost of those two as they both cost the same amount of AP (for...some reason..)

  I know it raises mana usage, but it isn't 2x more mana. It is suppose to be like 50%? sort of like that increase. I think king has a video on it.

  Working on the video. But in my test I had r1 Thunder and r5 Moving cast. I went from 589 -> 563 mana without moving cast while I did 589 -> 542 with moving cast. That came out to be a 58.696% increase in mana usage.
  
  Someone else who we had test did:
  
  [6:15:53 PM] Teto: No Moving Casting: 661 -> 633
  Moving Casting: 661 -> 616
  [6:16:19 PM] Teto: R9 Moving Casting XD
  
  That was a 58.33% increase in mana usage (28/45)
  
  So anywhere between 58%-60% would be my guess.
