No idea about Taillteann or VIP issues, but the daily 5 AP pots don't seem to be awarding AP when used.

Finish glitch is an old bug that has resurfaced. there are videos on the nexon forums.
Just dont kill any mobs in the taill and possibly tara maps and you are fine.
And i mean the field mobs.
