  When'd they change the Cont Warp cooldown message?
  
  
  Used to say "Can be used again after 12 hours."
  
  Now it says "Can be used again after 12 PM."
  Always says PM regardless of whether it'd refresh at 12PM OR 12AM depending on when you used it.
  
  I didn't notice it until now, so I'm not sure if this maint had changed it or some previous one.

  Quite possible it happened in this one as they did add a bunch of translation things and I think a few other old translation lines they changed.
