  ○あの方 is most likely Anokata(that person/him/her) and not Anohou( that direction or path)
  but you never know, i dont follow those drama episodes.

  Not sure where you'd get that from, but that roughly translates to "they were already dead".

  With the removal of those 'complicated' crystals (Life Drain, Barrier, Shock, Cloud,...) what is gonna happen to the rewards of shadow missions?

  It's correct, the problem is that if we knew what was said afterward or what was going on, the context would be clearer.

  I'm just using internet translations. If your translation is right, then she's even more tsundere than I thought.
