Does anyone know how much pons it costs to get hero talents in KR?
I was told 3900 pons (39 pons in NA).

After casting speed update, are casting speed or damage upgrades recommended on savage fire wand for cc+4 firebolt dpm?
Also, any opinions on speedcasting savage ice wand vs. hermit staff for ice spear?

Sorry, I meant in terms of fully charged ice spear dpm, between speedcasting savage ice and damage upgraded hermit. (Assuming you were answering my question)

If the ego hypothesis is true then it won't matter because egos will be so much more effective it doesn't even compare.
Casting speed is better, especially if you don't lag.

Not sure why I bought a savage fire wand now.
Well I do lag a fair bit >.<
Thanks for help

What are the full effects of Ele wave frozen blast?
Is it 100% freeze on all mob types? Mainly wondering for basilisk and MA here.
What def/prot reduction does it do?
Reasking this since it got lost in a discussion and IDK if anyone made any discoveries, but how does hydra def/prot reduction work? Does it only apply while in the AoE? Does it permanantly lower Like brionac? Or does it give a similar effect to uppercut where it's reduction on hit for a minute?

Frozen wave is still undetermined currently.
Hydra should be just like frozen blast, only while under the effect.

Elemental Frozen Blast freezes at 100% rate and ignore CP, so that means elite other monsters wit hover 9000 CP can be frozen safely.
However, NPCs that cannot be frozen in the first place will not be affected, so keep that in mind. (As if you're going to freeze a desert dragon xD). With that said, Basilisk cannot be frozen at all since you cannot target it.

Basilisks cannot be frozen normally, you get an error message, the same NPCs give that error message, so what gives?

If you get an error message now, then it won't be freezeable, even with elemental frozen blast.

For this Food Festival skill from Master Chef update.
Can you put food items that is stackable (like for example, Muffin of Luck, Jelly Beans of Strength, Berry, and such) while making into one item?
Like, you can put in 10 muffins of lucks and turn it into one item, and get all the stacked bonus? Also... does someone clicking on the "AoE spot" where someone placed their Food Festival fill their hunger, if so... no one probably would use it due to fear of being fat.

I would imagine you have to separate them out. I did have a couple stackable food items (It was some Cheer-Up! Taffy and some other kind of food) that I picked up though and it wouldn't let me put them in the festival food window so it's possible that it's not allowed all together.
I'd have to find those foods though to be able to do a clear test with it. I'll make a note of that and test it with my stream to be certain if I spot some for sale.
Also Festival Food does not fill up your hunger bar so you can click on it all you would like and never get fat.

What is the casting speed formula please?
Also, I'm not sure where I read it but didn't they reduce the amount of repairs for heavy armor in KR's Merlin update? Or is this false?

Why would it require a formula? At the minute, it's just the highest takes effect. Later, it's just a multiplier.
