  I mean, couldn't you go back to what you wrote, after asking the question, to see if someone answered? This isn't something that is passable with "I have things to do in real life", because guess what, so do we, and probably have even more things to do, and is definitely not an excuse for skipping only a few clicks. Another example is when you're asking for step 7 success rate in the thread Rynn started. All you needed to do there was just skim through pages, and notice that I already had the answer laid down in page 2. This literally takes at most six clicks.
  
  As for the case here, someone has already given an answer to you, quite awhile ago too it seems. Instead you're just asking here when you could have easily checked under the posts you wrote and check for replies.

  It's a Quest Help System essentially. In the quest menu there's a help button you can click that requests the help of a more experienced player to help you in the quest. Along with that update was a bunch of recategorizations of the quest menu and other minimap changes.

  Temporary. It isn't the first time they've had that. They had that in another event last year.

  Nation hasn't been particularly busy for a good while but it's practically a wasteland these days.

  The recent dungeon updates say otherwise. As for Nation, it's mainly NA region being bombarded with new games, like BnS updates, Division, now FF, etc, so people just lurk in less often.
  
  There's also a new interesting event in KR server right now, and another fun one the one before this. But due to low Nation activity as of this moment, those topics aren't covered. I may or may not make a thread about those events since they do seem like something we'll get in a fairly near future.

  Will be roughly 1/4 of the original requirement (Lv14 -> Lv15 changed from +0.02 to +0.1)
  
  Also, the CD is halved.

  So... When is KR Mabi getting a new update, or at least a remotely interesting event...? This forum section's feeling vacant since four months ago.
