  Yeah. I'm planning on Savaging+Hermit for general versatility and then full magic access. So Singing is great for me, too.

  I'm looking forward to the cello. It would be an optional choice for a buff instrument, with the drawbacks that it takes up extra 2 inventory slot (compared to Lyre) and that the song options for cello is not as versatile. It's cheaper to buy cello if you are going to go enchant crazy with a R4 enchant scroll.

  I feel like an idiot now for not stocking up a dozen or so lyres for r6+ enchanting. Didn't even occur to me. Oh well, 3 will do.
  
  Question though: For Music Buff + Chorus not to overwrite a previous music buff, do you just have to activate chorus prior to the buff kicking in?
