  Went up to 1 minute and 28 seconds (I freaking timed it for science) from approx. 10 seconds before this update.
  I run mabi and nothing happens for ages until that black cipher piece of shit pops up in the corner and starts to load, once that happens I'm back to normal.

  Mabi still runs normally for me. No noticeable startup time difference or it taking extra memory. The servers have been horrible since g18 though.. people keep complaining that it's typical nexon crappy servers but there hasnt been lag for months.

  This is my main issue. Leave it up as active window, rarely any problems-- at least none that weren't there before. Since Black Cipher was added anytime I minimized for more than 10-15 minutes client would crash.

  Perhaps it's virtue of living in Australia (Or perhaps not since i've heard other people complaining about it), but for every minute of the 12 months i've been playing i've been lagging.

  Technically it's not the internet either. It's the fact that you're too far away. Though if you have shit internet on top of being too far away, you're going to have a bad time.

  Yeah, I know. Part of it is my internet, part of it is the 400 ping during peak times to LA.
  
  What i'm saying though is that it's also on Nexon's end because otherwise [insert giant list of people here that doesn't include Equivalent or Hatsunechan] wouldn't be lagging.
  
  Unless they just happen to have the best internet in the world and therefore we all suck.

  I live in Europe and can play just fine, using WTFast I reach a ping of about 160ms during normal times, a bit higher during weekends and peak hours.
  Without it, I'm at 250ms and even then the game is still playable.
  
  And that's coming from someone who used to play at 12ms for 2 years, mind you.

  Though I must admit, Blackcypher is doing something it shouldn't, but I would also blame a few things on the amount of people that possibly returned for G18, as well as the raids that seem to be putting a bit of stress on the servers.

  I have zero issues once the client is open.
  Problem for me is black cipher now causes the client to take about 10x longer to open after launching it.
