  It all depend, mabi kr obviously have much more players and get bigger income than mabi NA. I honestly do not expect this will come to NA unless they really make THAT much money. Like you said, they have 20+ channel that are full while we barely have 1 channel on busy.
  
  Just don't hold ur breath or make unnecessary petition, seriously. I rather not see mabi getting put down like a dog like what they did to DFO 2 month ago.

  I often see all seven channels of Alexina with the busy tag, you other servers gotta step it up!

  This above all else is what you shouldn't hold your breath on, at least from my experience. I've been playing since 2008, it's always been this way. The only thing that changed is that they usually don't have maints that get extended all day long anymore. It's surprising, but they're actually kind of punctual about that. But maybe they're paying their employees by the hour or something and so they decided to cut down on that purely out of money concerns, I don't know. I seriously doubt it was out of concern for the players.
  
  The ticket system actually got -worse- because now you have to report all client/server bugs on the official forums, from what I can tell. And while the people on that forum seem to actually be better at figuring out the problem than Nexon ever was... If your problem is something you actually need Nexon to fix, good luck on that one. I posted there, found out the issue, found out I needed Nexon to fix it, sent in a ticket, and that was like over a month ago... I didn't even get a response or anything. What's more, that one guy from Nexon never even replied to the topic (despite the fact that many different people had reported having the same issue in the same topic).
  
  Heck, they don't even test their patches at all. Looking at the 153 -> 155 update, I can't think of any other explanation. There were so many huge problems with that patch that should have been immediately apparent if they did even a little testing. And even though they fixed a lot of those problems in an emergency maint, they never seem to enjoy the idea of fixing the huge number of problems that the client has been riddled with for years.
  
  The reason that last part is annoying to me is that I tried to get a close friend to play the game, and he loved it, but he ran into so many bugs, lag, and just plain inefficiency, that it basically became unplayable for him. It didn't help that he was starting out as a newbie, so he couldn't exactly make up for it with faceroll skills. But even if he could, I doubt it would have been as fun.
  
  So what I ended up concluding is that this is how Nexon NA thinks: You could compare it to fishing, they're casting a line out and seeing if they get a bit of money from it, but if they don't then they'll just stop fishing, there's not even any other point to it in their eyes.
  
  I can't explain why they actually decided to let us have free inv+. It feels completely alien to me that they did anything of the sort.
  
  At least Devcat over in KR seems more tolerable, from what I heard they're actually making an attempt to fix a number of the rampant bugs lately. And free rebirths, well, I must say I never expected that at all. Unfortunately it may not help us as much, since they're mainly fixing the bugs that plague KR, and not necessarily the ones that plague NA. Over in KR they have lagless gameplay that can make up for a lot of things or make it less noticeable.
  
  But yeah, I should probably stop ranting now.
