  So it true that zero/hero card will replace old basic/premium stuff then.
  
  Now when you use the hero rebirth card, is it ignore the 1 week rebirth restriction as in you can rebirth anytime and as much as you like ?
  
  If above are true, I can see why they making free rebirth = 1 week, paid rebirth = no 1 week restriction

  Which is why it a bad move to implement in NA, they want people to keep playing , not get insane amount of AP then quit the game. KR can afford to fuck around because they have 10x more players but not us.

  I play this game for maybe 1-2 weeks IF that, then just coast to the free RB and do it again. Everyone that I've known that does weekly RBs, only stops playing every now and then. They PLAY the game so much more. XD;
  
  Though I don't think NA is making enough money to support this. It might bring more players in. The last thing any new player wants to do is wait for a free RB after their 100 level service and daily RB is up or pay for it.

  Free Inv Plus, and let's assume NA does bring free weekly rebirths over...What are they left to make money with? VIP? Dye Gacha? Gacha in general?
  
  I could maybe see it working considering what Slayer said: If you can RB weekly, you spend more time playing the game. If you spend more time playing the game, you might buy more stuff from the cash shop.

  Triweekly RB keeps players OUT of this game though. And keep in mind, Equivalent had been weekly RBing since G9 until he hit 10k, that's why he can say that. I've had my char for 4 years, even if I leveled to 200 every 3 weeks, I'd have maybe half the levels of someone who RBed at 100 weekly for 2-3 years.
  
  Also the faster players progress, the faster they can credibly start purchasing reforges, which will be the new barrier between payers and non payers, and likely they'll get into fashion, which is another big barrier.

  Considering how the game nukes your gear if i didnt have to spend money on rebirths id spend it protecting everything i own from breaking at edern or whoever you choose to take stuff to get "fixed" . On top of that id spend more on gachas and buffs .
  
  edit : Who are we kidding most of you say you are all going to quit for one reason or another and end up coming back . Lets look at the people the got tons of ap from the server lockout debacle most of them are still here and probably post here on a regular basis .

  While I do not encourage reckless spending on reforges, it definitely had an impact in the recent free stuff Kr is having.

  
  My exact first thought about this is that they are earning extraordinarily a lot of money from reforges and gachapon. Not surprising since even players on my server are willing to fork out 100-1000 USD for every reforged item, and from what I heard from others about this latest gachapon here, the rates of getting those limited edition items are insanely low that people spend a lot to get what they want out of those gachapon.
  
  I have no qualms about gachapon (due to mostly cosmetic items that hardly affect gameplay, or items easily circulatable in the market) but I do not like the idea of cash reforges from the beginning of its implementation. Even if reforges are funding nice things like this, it doesn't mean it is any less evil. The real problem is that it is cash item only for many servers. If reforges are obtainable with a significantly lower success rate in game with ability to R1 reforge, I would change my mind on this reforge system. This would also still sustain their earnings on reforge by players who cannot afford to wait for the cheap alternatives.
  
  My other thoughts about this is about some age selection being removed. Does it mean that we will have random age rolls? It would be terrible in a sense for certain clothes with age restrictions. I still find this a bit silly but I'll just wait for the details to be out on this.
  
  I'll certainly be happy for this free weekly rebirth implementation. I'd be less stressed for AP for all those skills as well and can just play the game as and when I want, instead of waiting for 2 weeks for next rebirth. Will let the frequent reforge-buying people and gachapon-crazy people fund this game instead. I can save money for VIP service and pets once in a while.
  
  As much as I think the old system was fine as it was, this would be good as well. I can finally play the game at my own pace with the restrictions being lifted.

  Only a few things left like dye ampoules, accessory collection books, special edition outfits that I'm wondering what would happen.
  
  It was an added motivation for people to buy special edition outfits along with the chance to rebirth. They would be losing significant income there.

  For outfits, they've been selling them separately from rebirth cards in outfit bags for a while in KR
