Range DOES hit with 100% accuracy, just not in NA. NA's failing at 100% is caused by server error, but that error doesn't exist in KR, from what I've heard.

Aim of the bow and the accuracy rate of the divisions of opinion about the users together, aiming accuracy rate and whether any relationship.

I'd rather have a range with aiming, but with 100% chance to hit the target, but with a nerfed multiplier if not 100%, and having under around 50% doesn't stun.

Actually, I already know how range works WITHOUT needing to aim.
There was a "mod" (read: hack) that bypass the whole aim percent and just directly hit the enemy.
It was then I realized that range is balanced because you needed to aim. It was pitiful when you land EVERY shot all the time... and magnum never missed, even if the enemy was out of distance.
As much as people hate the aim percent, it is what keeps range balanced.
Nothing is more pitiful than CS after CS after CS always landing or mag after mag after mag or ar ar ar.
Luckily the mod was patched and if it does exists in NA, it's a well kept secret because those who do have the mod pass it off as "Shot of god".

That would be a horrible thing if it was automatic 100% accuracy.
Every skill would need double cooldown.
