  I'd welcome these kind of things in-game just like any other in-game adaptions; I don't understand why it is so bad...Other people who are fans of SAO can have their things, it's not like i'll raise an eyebrow because it is in the game I play. There are people who cosplay some of the characters from that anime still around, anyways.

  I haven't finished the 2nd half myself but it was a decent anime. I'd preferably have some Attack on Titan cards though <3

  Oh you stop that. Sure, you may not like SAO, so just don't buy it if we ever get the event. But you don't have to ruin other people's fun.
  
  I am very annoyed when people hate on a group of fans, be it for SAO, Naruto, or whatever. You don't have to hate on people just because of a show they like, or a character they like to cosplay.
  
  You can simply not acknowledge it, and if someone asks you about the show simply say "I don't like it" and leave it at that. Keep your negative thoughts to yourself unless someone asks for your criticism.
  
  Now, I am not a SAO fan myself, but you do have to recognize that putting SAO character cards into Mabinogi will not only attract more users to play it, but it will also provide a huge income for Nexon. So if nothing else be grateful that an event like this will help keep Mabinogi alive.

  There was some TVTropes theory about how Haru's appearance is more cartoonish because that's how he sees himself. Meh. The show was good. SAO was decent, but the plot dragged at times and some scenes were omitted.
  
  First thing I thought when I saw SAO's anime: Wow this reminds me of mabi. More precisely, the boar fighting. Just like learning to fight wolves in Tir. And life skills everywhere and lack of actual "classes." Combat's a little different, but... other MMOs don't even feel close.
  
  I don't think the crossover would be that bad, but the fanbase... is volatile. Judging by its popularity, I wouldn't be surprised to see it come here. Hoping that the weapons are more flashy than OP, just because you don't need stats to get people to buy em.
