  Yes. The 7850 can do 1080p pretty good.
  It should have no problem playing a low spec 5+ year game.

  Seems easy to put together how hard owuld it be to wipe the HD if i ever need get rid virus etc ?

  As for virus removal, you can just rely on google if its a tough one.

  They're going to be the best combination overall for a variety of games, applications, and multitasking. Mabi will run smoothly at 1080p in excess of 60 frames per second.
  
  For viruses, I recommend getting Avast! antivirus and Malwarebytes. Easier to prevent viruses than format a HDD.
  
  Lastly, as above, building a PC is easy
