Alright, I recommend once you get to where you are going to buy the parts that you contact me via PM or start a new thread, and i'll give you my recommendations at that time with consideration for price changes and sales.

Popups usually aren't a virus.
You probably just your your pop-up blocker turned off for whatever reason.

PC Is making Screeching sound when im watching netflix What can cause it

It depends on what type of screeching. If it's very loud, something might be wrong. If it's kind of a soft ambient noise, there's a chance it's just the hard drive operating as usual (as some HDDs are kinda loud like that). With Netflix it may need to write a lot more data at once than usual. A CPU/GPU/motherboard/etc typically should not be screeching. If they're making noise, it's usually the fans and shouldn't sound anything like that.
Try copying something big from one folder to another and see if it makes that sound. Make sure it's at least a couple gigabytes or it'll happen too quickly to really do anything. And if you can, pop off the case and check to make sure everything is secure, particularly the hard drive because that's one of the only things that actually moves.

HDDs don't make an annoying sound unless they are dying. If the "screeching" is more like a high frequency buzz kind of noise, then it's probably coil whine, which I believe can come from either the power supply, the motherboard of the graphics card. If it is coil whine, you'd have to return the part and get a new one.

Hmm, yeah, if it's not that, it's probably physical damage.
HDDs don't really "screech", so to speak, but they do make a strange noise sometimes depending on what kind it is. Modern ones are a lot quieter than before, from my experiences, but even some of my older 500GB HDDs do make strange noises and always have, despite being in fine condition.
I'd still try copying that file if it isn't very loud.

Then it's not your computer.
One of them is probably broken and it could be either. They both vibrate to produce sound, which implies something came loose or is generally falling apart.
