The only way I can explain the giant plothole in g18 (spoilers)

  That's not Cai, that was the Caliburn assuming his form. They don't even say what exactly happened to him during G10 and how he came back in G11.

  I'm still confused at that. I thought his body was stuck inside the Shadow Realm because of that whole Caliburn fiasco, but apparently not?

  I don't know, he just poofs at the end of G9, and Chapter 3 has a lot of unexplained things.
  
  Anyway, Cai was pretty much exposed to the Soul Stream, but there's no signs of him aging and stuff. He mentioned about the Soul Stream before poofing at G9's end, though I can't recall what.

  Cai's soul was apparently used for something something something to save Leymore, and the only sense I can make out of it was that his body still remained, but the devs are too lazy to leave dead bodies there, like with Fallon getting absorbed by Claimh. Caliburn possessed his dead body, and when the character defeated that part of the Caliburn that was "alive" and that Cichol was ordering around, saved Cai from it, and Nao probably helped get Cai's soul back, because she's the soulstream guardian.
  
  Or something. While I'm on that note, I'm insanely pissed that Elatha's body wasn't left after he died. I wanted to give that hero a proper burial. Can't do that, now. Thank you for nothing, life drain. : /

  Speaking of Nao, if the Soul Stream causes aging that must be what gave her a bodacious body. Or Morrighan was her mommy.

  i think that's explained by the De Danann and the Milletian's time perception difference.

  nexon logic is really hard to understand, especially when it added time paradoxes , our mind just isn't built for it, nor are Tuatha De Danann's, it seems.

  The problem is that Mabinogi tries to include the real world in it's internal mythology. Everything we, the Milesians, perceive is our true perception. For us it is true that Tuatha do not seem to age. From experience, regardless of the time that passes and alternate perceptions of the passage of time they do not age.
  
  By the internal logic used in Mabinogi it is actually fact that Tuatha do not age. The problem with this is that the writing staff are just as confused as we are. Is it all a play or a television drama? If what we see is true then what we are looking at can't possibly be genuine as regardless of time or perception of time we Milesians "know" that Tuatha don't age. Even though as individuals they are "shown to us" as having once been younger.
  
  Time only progresses for us in-game relative to our actions rather than our time spent playing or the time that actually passes. Basically from our perspective all Tuatha are frozen in time until our actions force them to progress along their own time-lines.
  
  So technically it is right to say that "Tuatha don't age" as it corresponds with our perception of them - they only change with our actions, and that is hardly aging - Tarlach's writing puts the players' perception of time above the Tuatha's and thus our paradox ridden understanding becomes the foundation for the game's passage of time.
  
  They could also have solved all of this by saying "time is convoluted" rather than trying to write Doctor Who episodes. :glasses:

  It means that Tuatha Dé Danann and Milletians percieve time differently. Milletians "live faster" than Tuatha Dé Danann, supposedly, somehow.
  
  
  Really it's just an attempt by devCAT to try and explain why after years of the game's existance NPCs show no sign of age, instead of just ignoring that. Their explanation isn't flawless, but at least they tried.
