So I have failed in my quest to gain weight!
For those that don't know....
I lost 15 pounds (145 down to 130) in the course of 2 weeks. I got my wisdom teeth out then got REALLY sick and could have died which was the cause of me losing the weight. Now I'm your average extremely skinny dood who is super tall. I have a high metabolism which is a huge problem.
Anyway, I managed to gain back 5 pounds and keep it on within the span of 3 weeks. I was on vacation recently and ate a bunch one day and was up to 140~141 pounds. By the next day I was 134-135. I've been taking Creatine Mono-hydrate whenever I work out to help build muscle. It helps but still no significant weight gain.
Now I don't necessarily need to gain weight, its not a life or death situation but I look ungodly skinny, now add muscle and x______x
Tips? D:

If you really want to gain weight: Live on Whoppers, drink soda all the time, eat sugared lard for desert.

Work out until you can't do it anymore.

He'll die in like... a month?
Brad should just work out as much as possible. Eat lots of protein and meat, and never forget to work out. Muscle is way harder to lose than fat anyway, since it needs to deteriorate and then be burned off owo.

Most people quit working out after they feel like, and ounce of pain. You have to work out until you can't feel your entire body. Like literally, you have to feel like complete crap to go anywhere with working out, especially once you start gaining muscle.

Honestly, lift weights.
Been doing that lately and my pecs have been getting stronger.
I'm almost there!

Just lift weights though.
Muscle = weight and the good kind too.
You'll see progress if you keep a routine.
