I don't have enough money right now to buy another laptop, but that's certainly something I could consider doing.
It's much cheaper and more efficient to build a desktop. You'll get more power for your money that way.

Can't keep a desktop in my room due to small desk. Can barely fit my laptop onto it.

No one do this. Shove it under the desk and forget about it (but don't forget to clean it every few month)

Satellite latency would be over 500ms, don't do that. I can only suggest to trace mabi TW, KR or JP

Hes saying no one keeps the desktop ON the desk. Stick the monitor, keyboard, and mouse on the desk and drop the actual desktop anywhere else/ under the desk and just clean it once in a while.

I don't have room for that. I barely have enough room for my small-screen laptop and a little mouse.

If you have a space for a laptop, you have space for a screen, keyboard and mouse. Moniters are very thin, and the hole set-up should be thinner with the exclusion of the trackpad.

Not so much about the length as about the height. If that makes sense.
I haven't seen really small screens vertically except on laptops/notebooks/etc.

Ah, i guess its understandable, the bigger the screen, the more space you need between your eyes and the screen to view it comfortably.
Have you tried the vpns yet? I'm curious to see if they worked.

Look, the article seems very skeptical about WTFast. But I have tried it, and it works. Mabinogi is /noticeably/ less laggy and more stable. It uses a VPN model, which is a technology that's been around and isn't questioned.
My only other suggestion is hope Liberal doesn't win the federal election and sit tight for the National Broadband Network....
