No, not even close, unless you have the unholiest of luck.
Think more in the order of 1-500 dollars.
This, I know someone who made a full mag card within 20$ :T_T:

That's kinda bullshit.
No, I take it back. That's really bullshit.
It's kinda like getting a 66%+ elemental.
Either that, or I just have astonishingly shitty luck. I'M LOOKING AT YOU 300 REFORGES TO GET AN ELEMENTAL ON KNIGHT LANCE.
Luck is a fucking sadist.
My abyss took 51(yes I counted) kits to r2, then 5 to r1, then 20+ to get the reforge I wanted.
My Cressida wear took 4 Kits to r1, then 25+ kits to get the target reforge.
I consider myself the luckiest basterd on earth, because I've heard some crazy shit.
Good grief. Count your blessings.
Luck in this game has always evened out for me in the end, so i don't really care.
You know, I always had great luck with artisans, getting max amount in the damage giving stat in one or two tries. And special upgrading to a S5 usually took like 7 stones at most. But then I started working on real weapons and red upgrades, then the gods of luck really show you how they feel about you. . . What I don't like is that so many aspects people consider to achieve endgame is dependent on luck. Artisan upgrades, enchanting, reforging, special upgrading, combo card re-slotting (I only ever got two water cannons in a row T -T), and not to mention actually getting the equipment.
In my opinion, end game is how strong you can be completely naked, only using NPC-grade weapons. Who cares how hard you 1-hit an enemy in elite, I want to see if you can 1-hit them with Spiked Knuckles or a Physis Lance.
