Turns out this is actually a hidden feature, not a bug, so the lag is here to stay.

I saw it, but it wasn't relevant to anybody I knew, so I just ignored it. Don't care for it.

Hope control marionette cooldown reduction effect is one of those fixes. Actually, has that gone live overseas yet?
