It could have been just the rebalance stats only though which seems more obvious than the Zero patch by what Sabina implies to be.

From what I can tell it looks like they are pulling in parts of Project Dream and Parts of the Stat Renewal Part of Zero. The Alchemy and Magic stat changes were on KR test before Hero's got released on live server.
So pretty much a mix and match. We'll see what happens.

Should be part of NA's update because CN just gotten the expanded Dunbarton and renewal of minimaps.
Just too bad that Taill's minimap in shadow missions is still broken now, hopefully today's patch (if there's any) would address it.

But Zero/Druid didn't touch Music at all, that was the Diva sub-update. Also, nothing in that post suggests we're getting Vate yet. (Or if we're even getting the Druid skills yet, though we probably are.) The Zero/Druid update revised the damage formulas for Magic and Alchemy, which is probably what she is referring to.
