  Testing to see whether they are fixed or not.. or nexon broke something else first before commenting.
  
  The only thing that affected me was the crashing, hope that works out for me now

  Now the only thing I need to know is whether it stacks with crisis range reforge on headgear. If it does, i'll be a happy laggy aussie.

  I only have like 300mp and rank 5 water cannon.. my magic and alchemy tabs are somewhat untouched, yet im doing 5k+ crit full charges with a regular cylinder o.e

  r1 WC, full Cressida effect, Tidal Wave Cylinder (no special upgrades) 835 MP, 33 max damage, and 74 water alchemy damage from enchants/upgrades/titles, no reforges, no combo cards. 2k crits at a single charge, 12.3k crit at 5 charges. Have not tested Flame Burst yet. Unimpressed by non-crit Heat Buster (1.3k damage... then again that was with Tidal Wave equipped... will see how Volcano Cylinder fares for the fire skills)

  Anyways I went and testing the speed casting and it doesn't seem to stack. Always hoving around the 13sec fireball range which isn't too terribly bad. We'll see what happens when we get Merlin.

  Could you maybe also try and see if they even properly revised the magic formula for certain spells?
  I was hitting 7k firebolts with no reforges/hebona/title and only 214 Magic Attack, and we don't even have Magic Weapon Mastery yet.
  
  It feels too much.

  Well I was hitting 31k crit hailstorms with 305 Magic Attack and 20k crit ice spears with 407 Magic attack and some reforge help as well as Rosemary Gloves and Master of Ice title if that helps any.
  
  Which according to my calculations seems like it would be correct.
  
  (300+180+(305*3.2)) * 6.25 * (1+.1+.15+.15)
  (300+180+976)*6.25*(1.4)
  1456*6.25*1.4 = 12,740 * 2.5 = 31,850 Max

  Also by heart:
  
  Oblivion Dexterity Trinity Circlet
  Encore Thief Trinity Wear
  Tripod Ecstasy Trinity Boots
  Nostalgic Ecstasy Shamaness Gloves
  
  None of the reforges on those should benefit firebolt.
  
  Wand used was an ego fire wand with 55 Max Damage. (Casting speed reforge level 2 and the rest was trash)
  Magic Attack stat in window is 214~216.
  
  I merely asked because it feels too much without Magic Weapon Mastery.
  That or the current numbers on wiki are wrong (+150% at rank 1)
  Which means I'd have 17,5k crit firebolts with Magic Weapon Mastery with just this setup.
  Hence I feel something is wrong there.
