  I'd guess those or REALLY similar to those since those are the easiest. Just cook stuff/fish ahead of time and you can breeze through alts fairly quickly if you have VIP service too.

  If you mean after you get the chest but before you fight the boss, no. I tried it and I didn't get any reward from the coachman the other day.

  Confirming. I crashed while waiting in the boss' lobby and lost my gold box and 3 clues and that coachman was not helpful.

  Looking closer at those artifacts - the exp they give is clearly designed for the treasure hunter update, but do you think they will actually be worth pursuing when that update comes? Unless you have a team of developed alts the seals arn't exactly going to flow in at a fast rate and there's other things to purchase from the shops (In addition to exploration exp being buffed and the obligatory eweca gacha).

  My team of completely undeveloped alts can get a bare minimum of 20 a day in < 5 minutes each just doing hillwen and shyllien daily PTJ, so that's over 100 a week, so not that impossible. With a minor stretch of effort I can raise it to ~30 a day collecting nails and turning those in to Madoc, making it 200 a week.
  
  It all comes down to whether or not it's worth it to someone.

  Interesting update to this - When I got my next clues I also got the three I had previously earned but never received, so I effectively got 5 clues from one run.

  That's just going to be highly subjective. Anyone who really wants something and doesn't have another way to get it is probably going to find this quite reasonable.
  Even if you only have a middling solo account you can probably earn 10 to 20 a day by investing 30 minutes to an hour.
  
  There's really nothing in the shop astronomically priced compared to the duration of the seals.
