Got my first X shiny today. Was a Mawile. I'm quite happy about that. I'd have been happier if said Mawile also had a decent amount of perfect IVs. On that note, does breeding with a shiny Pokemon increase the chances its off-spring will also be shiny? If not, then I may have to just pray I stumble upon a 5 or 6 IV foreign Ditto for future breeding purposes.
Nope it doesn't so good luck on that

Just hatched a shiny Swirlix after around 100 eggs.
I'm really happy with it.

Kinda necro thread, but i gotta tell people cause it made me so happy. Friend traded me a cyndaquil for a piplup, its a SPA cyndaquil. Put it in daycare with a modest ditto to make a female modest cyndaquil, 10th egg hatched and popped out shiny modest cyndaquil female. It made my day never had a shiny starter and my favorite starter pokemon at that. :skip:

That's awesome, I'm kinda jelly. :thumb:
As for me I finally got a ditto good enough to keep locked away in the daycare forever, and the lovely dear already made me a shiny pentaperfect Togekiss and then a shiny 6IV klefki like
two eggs after the shiny togepi came out. That was a good evening.

I've been breeding nonstop for the past 3 weeks. I have done nothing in the game but breed since I got to the daycare. I finally got my first shiny ever after about 1200 eggs, and that was using Masuda, so my luck is pretty shit.

Gratz. That's actually one of my goals right now, behind "I must finish the first five chapters on Lunatic+ in FE: Awakening".
I hatched a 5 IV (missing Attack IV) Timid SHINY GASTLY about a week back or so after 200ish eggs. I can barely tell shiny gengar from regular gengar (unless it mega evolves).

Hatched a shiny female 5IV ralts a few days ago, she's absolutely perfect. That gorgeous black dress... :full: Been using her in triple battles as a double screen healer and it's been pretty sweet so far.
Oh, and I'm also trading away a shiny charizard if anyone wants to offer a different shiny for him. His IVs aren't great, only 2 max in HP and speed, but at least he's pretty?

Couple of days ago I was breeding a JP Bold Rotom and a JP Adamant Ditto in an effort to get a 5 IV -Atk Rotom. First egg I hatched was a Shiny Rotom with 4 perfect IVs (missing SpA and SpD) and an Adamant nature because I forgot to give the Ditto the Everstone.
I figured it wouldn't be worth much to others so I just GTS'd it for a Suicune and began filling out the Pokebank legends with it.

I have been trying for over a month now to breed a shiny Pokemon for my team with no luck. I decide to take a break and go level up a few Pokemon for the sake of filling my Pokedex. Three steps into the grass and BAM. Shiny Nosepass.
Of all the useless Pokemon to get a shiny of. Nosepass is right up there with Dunsparce on my "most worthless Pokemon" list. xD

Could be worse. You could find a shiny Magikarp in HeartGold after already owning the red Gyarados. D;

True. Well, the shiny nosepass is gold, so I guess at least it's a gold turd instead of a regular turd.

I'm sitting at around 1300 eggs and still no shiny. I have done nothing but breed and Wonder Trade since I got this game. I only have 2 badges.
