  The new character card tend to have a 1,000 level or 2,000 lvl of character upon creation. But I forgot what it's name.

  Hero Character Card : For level 1,000 upon character creation. (You had to have character with atleast lvl 1,000 in the account.)
  
  Elite Hero Character Card : For level 2,000 upon character creation. (You had to have character with atleast lvl 2,000 in the account.)

  You must have a level 1000 character to use a Hero Card.
  A hero card creates a level 1000 character.
  You must have a level 2000 character to use an Elite Hero Card.
  A hero card creates a level 1200 character.
