  But right now, anyone can have a lvl 1,000 character upon creation if they have NX and a lvl 1,000+ in the account. They have right to do so.

  Even if they were to remove them, you could always buy one now and use it when you meet the requirements.
  (Unless it actually prevents purchase rather than creation)

  In korea, while in the current RB system we currently have, Ace/Zero cards could be used to rebirth and create new characters. Merlin cards is not a thing in any server but NA, NA may change things as well. Hero/Elite Hero is new character only.

  He's trying to say just because you get to lvl 1k and pay nx, that doesn't mean you deserve two more 1k characters, at least, that's my interpretation of his post.

  The character cards are not limited edition in KR, permanent editions of the cash shop. We will see for NA, since Maids and Butlers aren't supposed to be limited edition but they are in NA.

  Elite Hero has higher skill ranks and more AP, but you need to be 2k to use an elite hero, only 1k for hero.

  That's right. I'm not opposed to this update as i'm neutral on it at the moment (and we'll see how it pans out here, etc), but just because you get to 1k/2k doesn't mean that you deserve anything except for...rights to say that you're 1k/2k total.

  I think it's hilarious that anyone here is actually complaining about sending 50 AP to an alt every week. I guarantee, mark my words, that the only thing this will do is help the game. Really, it is designed for veteran players or players that may have quit the game to have an easy opportunity to jump back into a new character. I know many people who messed up their characters and would love a chance to have a fresh start without having to start at ROCK BOTTOM. The dressing room being usable from all characters on an account further shows they're trying to make it easier to use and grow alts.

  And with as many free skill resets out there as they've given, including full resets, how can it possibly be that bad?

  I'm sorry if I did misunderstand this, but you did say that you didn't opposed to this update.
  
  In the second line. You did say that even that person have 1k/2k character (and nx), they didn't deserve anything then just saying they're 1k/2k.
  
  That's making me confuse now. Since the 'Hero card' allow you to have a 1k/1.2k level character upon creation. You did say they don't deserve it. But you didn't opposed to this update. That's the one making me confused.

  Someone told me that when they made a new character with the Elite card today (in NA), their new character was level 2k. The consolidated info as well as different KR test members are saying new characters made from Elite cards are 1.2k. Looking through the KR sites, there's no mentioning of level 1.2k, only 2k... Was there a translation error or some change I'm not aware of stating that KR's Elite cards give 1.2k total new characters?

  It's possible on KR live/test it was different than NA. Most likely KR test was different or the team prematurely got the pack files and thus the information was out of date when the game hit live servers. Either way, it's confirmed now

  i personally appreciate their works from kr test, but its kr test and not live~. thats all i say.

  Sooo, let me get this straight. The difference between an Ace Card and a Merlin Ace card are the few magic skills given upon birth and the outfit? Also, can I get a confirmation on the human Merlin hairstyles? They seem rather limited in comparison to what is offered for the other races. I want to change my character's eyes and mouth but I don't want to lose the hair that I have.
