30 minutes is way too much for the skill to be useful. The cooldown should be decreased as rank increases

10% reduction would only be 3 minutes.... Not like that makes much of a difference :/
Master of Meteor title reduces the cooldown by 50% and reduces casting time by 25%.

I think overall, a solid +50 magic attack would do you better than a skill you can only use (in theory) every 15 mins :U. If it was passive decreased skill CD as you ranked it though, best of both worlds :)!

The Master Title should be left alone. Nobody is going to use a title which allows you to reduce the cooldown of a skill which won't be spammable even with a reduced cooldown when it comes at the cost of 50 Magic Attack.
How to improve Meteor Strike:
1. Reduce cooldown
2. Reduce load time
3. Increase Area of Effect
4. Increase explosion damage
5. Increase fire damage
6. Increase fire duration
I would greatly prefer options 3 and 4 over options 1 and 2 as the skill fails to OHKO a lot of elite mobs. Assuming that DevCat eventually implements tougher content, Meteor Strike's damage output should be future proofed. It's still far from being obsolete but like most skills it could use some changes.

Same shit as commerce reforge kits, can only get lv 20 effect on magus outfits (or something rarer/requires more p2w to get such as crests if reforgeable). lv 10 top on all other outfits.
Meteor cd reduction reforge 1min per level.

I agreed with what you posted, plus... 20 minutes would make it more usable as well. We should suggest that in one of the next suggestion threads just incase one of the KR Test crew decide to do it again.

Meteor damage and AoE should just double for laughs.
The cooldown is fine though, and so is the load time.
Asking for a 10 minute cooldown makes it a bit too strong.
