On top of that, Kitchen Dungeon mobs are Awful/Boss, so running between Tara and Castle and back with the pot on is rather troublesome due to the massive loading time.

I calculate 4200 - 2100 to give you a decent CP of 2100, which I believe will be enough for OA Hard to give you Boss Enemies. Even if you can only manage the Raccoon Cub and the Abysmal, you still have a CP of around 2700 which isn't absolutely horrible; I do believe you'll have "Strong" enemies in OA even without Potions
In terms of going back and forth between Castle and Tara SMs, how about using Warp Imps? We all got one for free a while back, and I kinda imagine you to have another available from the Pet Gachapon. Again, if you don't just ignore this, but it's an idea.
