Why did anyone tell me giants are flipin' fantasic

  Last month my brother quit mabi and gave me his account...
  And His main is a giant :3 only lv 280 but still...
  I never knew how much fast smashes and shieldless charge could be soooooo much awesomer than having fh... Now I feel sad for my lil lv 100 human on the Ruair server :T_T:

  Giants are really fun and really easy to melee with though. They have the best melee damage and the best STR title, so they're pretty powerful too.

  Bull. I life skill a lot and tend to just hang around in Dunby playing music. Now that the Physis Tuba is out, there's really not much that humans can do non-fighting wise that giants can't do. We can carry people around too.
  
  Yeah okay, giants are a little underhanded when it comes to clothing. Until you look at giants like Lycant and Vejosa. When we get something and dye it accordingly, we look pretty damned good in it.
  
  Not to mention that a lot of human clothing tends to be old and textured funny so if you cut those out you don't really have as much as you think you do.

  Not to mention the fact with the G12 Giant Renewal, we're supposed to be getting access to more clothing (I'm assuming they made the old Human/Elf only clothing work for Giants, though I haven't seen any information on this other than the Vito Crux armor the center Giant is wearing in this picture.), so saying our wardrobe is weak is going to change in a couple of months. And until then, we still have access to many of the clothing that came out G8+, so while we can't wear things like Admirals ("easily" replaced by getting lucky with a Pirate Captain's outfit) or Terra Gothic Suits or anything along those lines, we can still look nice and unique without struggling to do so.
  
  But as for the OP not knowing about how awesome Giants are, it's because you turned a blind eye to them. Anyone that mains a Giant (which of course has bias) says that Giants are extremely fun to play, and quite a few Human mains even said that if it weren't for the fact that there weren't Giants available when they started Mabi, they would be maining a Giant. So people saying how great Giants are have been around forever, its just that most people get turned off from Giants on initial thoughts and then ignore any mention of them.

  If you ignore the Fashionogi category of Giants, sure, Giants can be fun. Nothing quite so exhilarating like Charge -> dual-wield/2h Smash. Or that your Dragon Blade + shield will beat Warhammer/War Sword + shield in terms of max dmg.
