You can not register, post or otherwise interact with the site other than browsing the content for historical purposes. Nothing fancy just nation simplified to fit onto the screen and not be so teeny ?

You do realize you can add Mabination.com to your homescreen, right? Long ago I had Osay do up a quick icon for iOS Devices so you can add it to your homescreen see the mabination logo and still get the App like feeling without all the extra work.
As for making it so Mabination isn't so small on a mobile device, too much work for Osay to do and he's not going to go through the trouble of doing that simply cause of laziness.
To do what you are requesting, would first of all require him making a mobile version of mabination which is a lot of work to do in the first place and I'm not sure if the customizability is even there in vBulletin.
All the CSS coding would have to have media queries thrown all over the place and considering how hard it is to make seemingly simple changes such as with the pets and signatures I can forsee it being a massive time consuming project.
Now there is an archive view that does look pretty decent on mobile, I forget how you can access it though.
I know Baku would have more invaluable insight on this though as he's the CSS/web expert around here.

I don't like all this zooming in and out and miss-clicking / touching

It's something you'll have to get used to as not every webmaster is not going to take the time to make up a mobile version of their website.

But Osay could make it awesome maybe even pay to use?

You really don't get Osay's Laziness when it comes to mabination do you? I've seen Osay's responses enough by now to know that he isn't going to want to do this unless he's really bored or gets really excited about mabination for some reason.
Now if it was a quick easy small feature that would be one thing, but something of this magnitude would take a lot more work and I'm talking from experience here having developed things for mobile before. It's especially difficult if you want it to be responsive and work on all devices instead of focusing soley on iOS simply because that's what you want. I'm pretty sure Osay doesn't like Apple to begin with.

Then no one would use it.

It's not worth paying money to access this site.

You're honestly better off asking Baku to do it.

and even if you ask Baku to do it, he has to then pass that to Osay and hope that Osay actually implements it as Baku doesn't have the power to implement things like this considering that Osay hasn't even implemented Baku's suggestion for the pet section below the signature instead of above it.
Point being, fix what's wrong about desktop before jumping on a big project like mobile :/

Making a responsive design for mobiles on vBulletin would be quite a huge undertaking. It's a very old engine, everything is pixel-fixed, a lot of work would need to be done.
Hell, even vBulletin 5 hasn't implemented responsiveness yet, though they are not fixed anymore, just on a fluid grid.
We could just make a different set of styles, making it adaptive, but it still would take a lot of time (read: re-designing the whole site from scratch).
So yeah, just get used to zooming in and out.

I figured as much :P
Otherwise perfecting the pet section wouldn't have been such a pain in the butt.

The good news:
Vbulletin5 has a "mobile suite" (so does 4 but no point buying for 4 since it's obsolete), which is pretty much an app that allows you to browse the forum within that app (it's not your browser but an actual app).
Bad news:
Costs a lot in addition to the vbulletin5 license, not to mention if I upgrade us to vbulletin5 we lose pretty much every customization ever done to nation over the years and I won't have the time to redo them. That includes the shop and all of it's functions, and the little bells and whistles I added to nation for customization.
I personally would like to upgrade to 5 (mainly for security reasons at this point), but the ad revenue wouldn't pay for the associated licensing costs, and I don't think the community would appreciate the removal of all the little add-ons.
