Considering how many magic skills cater to bolt spells.
Bolt mastery 15%
Fusion bolt mastery 15%
Magic mastery 160 mp + capped magic balance
Magic weapon mastery. 150% damage
Hebona set (excuding gloves) 15% icebolt/firebolt damage
Rosemary gloves 15% ice damage

Yes, but the percentage per AP ratio is horrible compared to magic weapon mastery. Maybe that needs a nerf?

Oh please.. after you have enough levels on top of your character you'll start spending over 350+ AP for stat gains as little as <10.

AP isn't that hard to come by seeing how easy it is too level up and considering how many events give out AP pots. Not to mention the daily

It's all cumulative so you're whining about nothing.
Doubt me? Do a skill reset on it for the AP back and watch how less your bolts are without it. Also it keeps you passively boosted when you're using a weapon other than a wand/staff, which is nice for the people who don't main those.
Hardly useless, and I still use the title for the extra kick, even.

2.5k damage can be the difference between one shotting a mob and not. Though tbh, since the stat revamp, i can hit a mob for over 50k and it still fucking survives with deadly...

I just find it strange that bolt mastery gives just a small boost while magic weapon mastery gives a whole lot more.
