How did you name your character

  How did you name your character(s)?
  I just strung a random bunch of sounds together to get Rukuna, but I'm interested in yours.
  Most Mabi players try to have a Japanese name, and like 60% of the weaboo population end their name in -chan or -kun or some other misunderstood suffix.

  My first character (Ephradil...who's still blackrobed to this day): I tried to be creative so I went through several names and thought of a character in Fire Emblem (Ephidel). But I thought "Nah,that wouldn't be too original at all..."

  As for my current character (Rickice),I thought of a character I use at another forum,but I changed one letter to get Rickice.

  Unlike common belief, i am not a touhou fan. I just went to danbooru and picked the 1st character name that sounded ok and was available.

  I would first of all advise you against throwing that non-word around. xD It's only gonna start things. o3o
  I had a character named Akumakaze- demon wind, which I lost the account of back in G9. I returned to the game two weeks prior to G13, and my girlfriend of the time suggested "Akazen." I wanted to turn it to "Akuzen" so that I'd at least still be "Aku," which my guild would recognize.
  Since then I've twisted it to loosely mean "evil enlightenment," but that's its true origin. I tell both those stories when asked about it anyway. xD
  I have three other altmains that I use, and they're all named of the same convention- Aku-something. And I'm one of those who likes to keep with a Japanese theme. What do you expect though? It is an anime styled game, after all. :P
  I have Akushizen- evil nature
  Akukyuudo- evil archery
  And Akurenkin- evil alchemy
  (Guess what skill sets the last two have 8D)

  "Rydian" was taken and due to mabi's stupid name formatting limits the only other thing I could think of was "RRM", which are the initials (Rydian Ryuu Morrison).

  It's an IGN I use in other games I played. In its initial creation, I was just trying words to see if they were taken or not lol and as it turns out Proxied isn't a common enough word to be taken in almost every single game I play (Until I started making youtube videos and people started impersonating me and stuff)

  I made my name "Merlon" over 4 years ago.. Honestly, all of the names I came up with as a kid were random and just spontaneous. Never put much time into the thought. Would've thought harder if I knew in 2010 that I'd be playing it in 2014.

  Me and my friend would go around on planetside 2 (it had in game voice chat and everyone could hear you) and would go to people on the other team and start slurping and then once we killed them we'd say wow so tasty. Slurptasty just caught on I guess, since I made my human Slurptasty and my giant SIurptasty the only name I had left was Slurptasti for my elf (which I happened to main).

  n01, (Number 1) I made on the wrong server of my friend as my original "I won't be playing this next week" name of unoriginality. He chose Alexina so I had to switch to a new character, n02 (Number two) Everyone thinks it means NO2= Nitrogen Dioxide, so I just went with that for a while.

  I used my initials of my name, TJP, and then i added numbers next to it, usually go for 12,121 or 187.
