People say they hate seeing flashing clothes, dyes, and other stuff a lot.

Your picture shows exactly why. I hate flashies that are really quick paced, like that.
I don't have a problem with slight flashies, (like the slight white-pink metal one), or slow flashies.

cuz flashies can cause seizures?

As ironwoman said, the picture shows exactly why, I'm also gonna have to put that in spoiler-tags for now because not everyone is equally tolerant to such things.

Like others have said, it hurts their eyes.
Not that they don't like the colors though.
If you like a certain color then most of the time you would like a flashy of that color too.
It's just that it kinda' strains the eyes if you look at flashy things for a long time.
I myself wear a red-black flashy Lava Cat Robe. I don't mind the flashiness that much.

Fashion wise, it's not the best of dye ampoule choice. It ruins the greatness of excellent clothes... No it ruins most exquisite clothing to the maxmium.
Why can't you understand this?!?! t(;^ ;)t

Every time you dye something flashy you kill a gay man. Our fashion sense won't allow us to live in the same world as something so hideous.

They're fucking annoying to to look at.

I don't like staring at ones that literally are seizure-inducing. (Fast red-white one for example. /Puke)
In addition to that, I also wouldn't mind if they dyed it on a small part (like a belt or something). As long as it's not on the main part of an item.
Some flashies do make for some neat effects on certain items, such as flashies on earrings like the Shining Stars that glow at night. I don't mind those and think it is rather creative ~~~

I like some slow flashies, or when a flashy is used on a very small part of an outfit.
They're most annoying when they're almost covering the entire person (ie robe) and very fast changing.

Pretty much this. If it doesn't annoy my eye for a minute, then it's an acceptable flashy.
I mean, some of my clothes have flashy parts too. In fact, my lunar dragon set is flashy right now. But slight one.

I only use the light flashy whites on my clothes when I get them (which aren't noticable in movement), but usually i'm sticking simple white because its so much cheaper to dye with reg dye amps always being successful for me. I put a flashy white on my lavender wing bow ego which I now regret doing because of the perfect shade of lavender [S]drools[/S]
