Fast paced MMO?

  So here I am, looking for another game recommendation.
  
  After playing Elsword for a little less than a year and completely ragequitting at both its community and staff members (for the reference, they both suck), I hesitantly sold my account.
  
  Elsword was a great game, however, and I was obliterating everything pretty much everything. It's not an exaggeration that I was one of the best players of my class, and this made me want to try the KR version of Elsword.
  However, reality wasn't so kind, as I not only had trouble even logging into the Korean servers, but also got scammed as well.
  
  Now I'm hoping to look for more fast-paced MMO.
  Basically, I'd like to have suggestions for a game where party members will be pissed at you for being slow, but if you're strong/skilled enough, you can play solo and get through most of the gameplay.
  
  I would like it if the game had the following features as well:
  Anime-Style graphics or
  beat'em up gameplay
  
  And no. I'm not playing Grand Chase. In addition, I've already played Dragon Nest and didn't really like it.
  As always, I'm not a fan of PvP, and will refuse games that are dominantly PvP.

  Soooo, let me get this straight, you want a massive mutiplayer game that allow you to play alone and has no emphasis on player vs player? ... Isn't that just a single player game?

  Have you tried Guild Wars 2? Closest thing I can think of. It's a great game with a fairly good community and weekly updates. You can solo pretty much everything except the dungeons (might be able to but it's extremely hard), HUGE world bosses, and a bunch of endgame stuff.

  Feel free to ask anything about it. It's not a free to play but it's just a 1 time payment and it goes on sale often for about $20-30 USD.

  Pretty sure she meant games that don't force PvP on people who don't like it.
  
  Also I suggest Dragon Saga/Dragonica if you haven't tried it. Too bad Lunia shut down.
  Not sure if Tera should count, it's not anime-styled.

  I love anime-style games and Tera looked great to me, seems like a fair recommendation. The game is a bit too easy imo.

  especially since they just updated, now there are new Vaal spells that's super powerful but require blood tribute to cast instead of mana. Also new vaal dungeons.
