  My Asus laptop (core i7 geforce 660m) gives me horrible FPS on a game I play ;_; 0~30 at best so I'm switching to a desktop that can give me at least 70+ FPS.

  I'd avoid that site, that right there is about an $800 or so build, a one stick of *GB and a Corsair CX PSU? Yuck. Their cases aren't even original, they're Corsair cases (The Graphite 230t in your specific link)

  Are there any websites that build it for you or have good prices for its build? I'm looking at less than 1,500$ for a good desktop & willing to buy online.. I just don't know enough about computers to know if its good/bad/ or just claiming to be good when it gives bad FPS & quality for games I play

  It's very easy to learn and despite what people believe screwing up is very very very hard to do.
  People compare it to lego building, but it's way easier than that. If you can setup a video game console, a home theater setup, ect you can build a PC.
  Each part can only go in a specific place so it's nothing like "Oh well I put [Part A] where [Part B] was supposed to be and now I have a $1,300 dollar brick"
  
  But if you don't, that's perfectly fine, but if you're going to stick to PC gaming it's useful to know, and of course you'll be saving (lots) of money. I'll just leave this video here

  It's good, the 770 is a great card should play games amazingly maxed at 1080p and 1440p on some pretty high settings but not maxed. I'm getting one by the end of the month (◡‿◡✿)
  My friend has one and it handles Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn at max settings with no problems and every other game he's thrown at it.
  
  Processor wise it's good too, great single threaded performance so PS2 and Gamecube/Wii emulation should not be a problem.
  
  There are better power supplies than the Corsair CX series, but they work.
  
  So yeah, it's a good computer and will do great at 1080p.

  That's not an $800 build. To get an idea for the part cost, try entering the parts into a site like www.pcpartpicker.com. The premium for their building, testing and warranty services is around $200, which isn't as bad.
  
  I don't know how well Digital Storm ranks among PC building businesses; others to consider are http://www.cyberpowerpc.com/ and http://www.ibuypower.com/, though again, I don't know if those are better. Digital Storm seems more professional, judging by their site. :P You may want to research for customer experiences on all three to try to get a picture of what their reputations are like.
  
  My advice, as someone who knows quite a bit about PC and has built a few: If you don't know anything about PCs, have never built em and don't have a friend IRL who knows how to, DON'T build a PC yourself.
  
  Yes, in theory, building a PC is fairly simple if you follow instructions. In practice, you need some dexterity and experience to make sure you don't break something (if you do crafts and you're good at that kind of thing then you will be fine on this point). Another problem is troubleshooting knowledge and access to spare parts for troubleshooting purposes if one of the parts arrives defective (which isn't that common, but it's not that rare either). Say, for example, the motherboard is defective. Your PC might not boot, or it may boot with errors. How are you going to know which part is at fault? It could be a power supply issue, or a RAM issue, or a CPU issue, or a motherboard issue, etc... For many builders, this wouldn't be a problem, as we can troubleshoot by using spare parts we have lying around to isolate the part that failed. But would you be able to do that? And would you like dealing with the stress of having spent all that money, only to have issues? You'd have to deal with parts returns with the seller you got the parts from, hoping you're sending back the part that did in fact fail... it'll take you quite a while to get a part back from them, too.
  
  Speaking from personal experience here, after helping a couple friends troubleshoot their new builds. Pretty sure some of them wouldn't have minded paying a $200 fee to have it all put together and tested before they bought it.
  
  The key takeaway here is that building PCs from parts is more for people who know what they're doing, people who have fun building, and those on a really tight budget but still want to get something gaming-capable.

  Don't pay extra for certified CPU overclocks. Don't pay extra for overclockable CPUs (and motherboards that support it), for that matter. LEDs are definitely not battery drainers, they're actually very efficient... and there is no battery to drain. I personally hate them cause I think they're tacky, but that's about it.

  LEDs annoy me so much I disabled every one of them on my computer... now I don't even know if it's on or off unless I see the fans spinning or have the monitors turned on :(

  Look at a few "how to build a PC" videos on youtube like the one I posted above. As I said before it's a lot simpler than they most people think it is. Do you live near one of the Micro Center stores in California? They usually give classes and probably their tech support can build a PC for you.
  
  iBuyPower is really hit and miss, had about 2-3 friends who bought from them and they didn't package the computer as safe as they could, their support was really terrible too.

  Also this build is better than your laptop, mobile i7s are the equivalent of desktop i5s, and the 660m is the mobile equivalent of a 550ti which is a entry level graphics card.

  Actually there's one thing where it's very easy. You may forget to put the brass thingies between the mainboard and case. That's about it though.
  
  All the screws and cables have only so many places to fit, and then there's a user manual with the mainboard. It really is like lego - or rather IKEA. You can't really put any of the big cables in a place they don't belong, and if you put the small one-hole cables onto the wrong pin, no biggie, switched out easily. It's all in the MB's manual anyway.
  
  It does take a lot of time though and can be very frustrating to do if the case isn't particularly big and you thus don't have the space to move your hands and cables freely.

  Performance will be nearly identical, it's only a processor upgrade and a new cooler.
  You won't get a much of a performance difference, only thing different is that the computer can overclock.

  First of all since you're getting a Nvida GTX 770, you should avoid fraps. Nvidia has come out with their own game capture software called Shadowplay.
  What makes Shadowplay different is that it's not as demanding as the other programs, and that it doesn't have much of a performance impact. With shadowplay it's only a 4-5 FPS difference when recording.
  
  Not only that but they have this feature where if something cool happened but weren't recording at the time you can record the last (up to) 20 (I think) minutes of gameplay. Pretty cool feature

  770 is amazing and should max out more demanding games than TERA.
  If you can get a GTX 780 on a build that's around $1,700 go for it.
