  They could start using proper professional etiquette though, I guess a retarded manager thought it was cool to replace German manners with American ones because it's an American company, just like Amazon does internally. In Germany, when I'm talking to customer service I expect a Sie and not a du. And if I do receive a cordial du I don't need it to stick out like a sore thumb in a rather formally formulated letter. It's absurd.

  Doesn't beat my interactions with the Nubert, Zotac, or CDProjekt service personell. I'm not counting the two passionately dedicated and experienced one-man businesses that had naturally excellent customer service.
  
  I found nothing outstanding about EA, but at least that means my experience was actually not bad, so they do the job they are supposed to do.

  Sat in live chat queue for an hour with no change, needed to change security questions since someone changed them all to russian. Linking Sims with Steam got my Steam account compromised too, however steam doesnt allow access unless they validate via email. Origin/EA does not.
  Did not refund me 50 bucks for invalid CD key in a prior purchase.
  Yes i sat my ass in their customer service queues.
  Am i saying steam is great and perfect? No, because they have issues installing to different hard drives. But at least their account security and your money counts for something.
  
  
  
  
  Idk, EA was voted worst company for 2 years running, and they beat out bank of america for that title.
  And BoA is pretty well known for swindling the elderly.

  And on a side note, Amazon is getting huge ire from me for lack of account security.
  Any place that someone can simply log in with no security checks and access your money with no security code is stupid. I mean they don't even ask you for your 3 digit code. No verification. No nothing. Cmon now amazon, if the account suddenly logs in from an eastern european IP, you would think something is amiss.
  
  
  
  Why can't more companies only allow logins when a code is sent to your phone or email when they handle your money. Cmon now, with all the hackings that have been going on.
  
  Jesus christ my bank requires 2 sets of validation when i sign in from a dif computer or IP.
  when it comes to my money, i want security. Yes i am one of those people who triple check my statements each day to see my transactions and accounting for every penny.
