I like the film shader. Gives everything a darker and edgier feeling. Lol especially in peaca dungeon.

Sometimes I do, sometimes I don't.

I use it. Generally if any game has a darker or grainy effect for the visuals I will have it on because it looks so much better.

It's a glorified desaturation filter, I use it on and off.

I much prefer the Film Shader to the default colors. It makes screenshots look much better.
I also keep the game brightness set to 0.44 (I think it was that).

Mabi has shaders? Since when?

Tried it on once about 3 years ago. Loved it. Turned it off for 5 seconds then back on, about 2 years ago. Been like this since then.

I like it both ways. When its on, it feels like it just rained- literally that everything was just wet, which to me gives a calming vibe. Whereas the brighter colors from it being turned on give an exciting and intoxicating vibe. That being said, I would turn it off when I am doing something serious, and would leave it on when I play more casually.

It's been there for me since I started back in 2009. The checkbox for it is at the bottom of the first tab on the Options window, right below the view distance and brightness sliders.

Ever since I found the shader in the options menu I have never turned it off. The game looks better with it on.

I've been using it ever since I saw the option for it.

I have it off.
Before that I tried it for a couple months, switched back and saw the colours I was missing out on.
The shader just tries to make everything look more realistic by making it browner and duller lawl.
