Get behind the heads, smash spam the body when life drain is on cooldown. Body should be dead by the time you've life drained the same ouro three times, leaving them with just enough health that a smash will finish the head off. Life Drain recovers very little health (even though it's r4), meaning once you take any damage at all from the ouros you're free to spam it. You're also given more than enough stam pots to sustain life drain spam and hp pots to heal through any ouro hits you may sustain. Keeping yourself above half health is more than sufficient for living and keeping life drain ready.

The event is pretty impossible to do for people like me who have a slow internet so our skills take bit more to load.
I gave up on Mari one after trying like 15 times, because I couldn't Magnum spam the Golem.
Not to mention, our AI for the partner (basically our character) is really retarded, it's only good for attracting the aggros. It won't even try to hit the boss... at least in first dream.
Mari can be really obnoxious or really fast. The first thing you need to note is that her Magnum Shot's rank is so low you may as well call it Magnum Shit. It's not just your connection--her rank is greatly reducing her aiming speed. Stand as far out of the golem's range as your magnum will allow, and rely on careful aiming instead of spam. If a shot fails and the golem is running at you, prep counter. The golem will most likely revert to windmill after a counter, giving you time to prep Magnum Shot. And yes, the NPC for this dream and only this dream is godawful for whatever reason. It never melees anything, unlike the later dreams where it actually does pose a good distraction.

That first dream is too much. It reminds me of that grim time when I mained an archer... all that pain... is back... *curls up and starts crying*

If you need more experience using archery for a Golem, I suggest getting a Short Bow and going to Ceo Island.
At least for me, I go there to hunt Ancient Golems, and I always use a bow. While I do have good damage to 1hko normal golems, the Ancients not so much: that's where the practice comes in.
Honestly, I love events like this: it separates the people who are way too dependent on stats/AoE Pets/reforges, and those who are actually "decent" at the game

Mari: magnum spam+ counter is your only hope
Tarlach: firebolt charge while hiding in a corner
Ruari: I laughed when i one shotted Ghas with a crit smash
Jenna: use bows as much as possible on regular mobs to build up bow mastery(marginally helps), whenver you hit an orb immediately load counter. For claim Use WASD to move, and stay behind Claim as much as possible. once you have a chance to shoot(which is pretty much after every attack..... his AI is laughably soft for anyone who played vindi, even badly) use wasd to move Point blank and Magnum spam. if he raises his hands, run away, it's circular AOE. IF he loads an unknown skill, hes going to rush, run perpendicular to where he's facing a short distance then follow him as he dashes.
Cai, if you're lucky, you'll trigger chain cylinder before or during Ouro fight. Simply put run around with WASD to dodge meteors and load water cannon in between, then run just in front of a neck and water cannon it down(slow and reliable method) then use lightning bolt or 2-3 charges of water cannon to kill the head(which has ridiculously low hp)
when you use life drain, it shows you where the center of its hitbox is, thats where you'll do the most damage with water cannon, so stand there when you shoot.
Marlowe: your npc does a fantastic job of tanking here and taking aggro off of you. Smash assassin everything. When reaper appears run behind him with WASD and spam normal attack. He goes down very fast. The ghost cloakers are harder.

Jenna's melee is almost as strong as her ranged, and is undoubtedly the better choice against Claimh. You are also really overcomplicating Ouro. It's better to Smash spam the Grim Reaper, because it triggers his stun animation almost constantly.
Pretty much the only thing you're in danger of dying to after Mari's dream is if all the Ghost Cloakers simultaneously hit you with Lightning Bolt in Marlowe's dream. Pretty much everything else can be healed through, even getting hit by all four Ouro heads.

I just have problems with Cai's RP because for some odd reason I keep getting flung around like a rag doll even though I don't see anything attacking me. I mean here I am water cannoning one of the snake heads and all of a sudden I get hit like 18~20 times out of no where and die. Screw this event because its not the first time its happened today.

Smash Drain is faster. Smashing the body while life draining the head will get you done considerably faster than just life draining or just smashing. It will certainly be more consistent than hoping for chain cylinder to get learned and certainly much faster than 5-charging WC if chain cylinder does not get learned.

See, I didn't even know you could charge alchemy. I beat Cai's rp with one charge WCs and LD and thought it was really easy.

Mari: Mag Spam and Counter when you miss
Tarlach: 1-charge lightningbolt for the imps, firebolt for the ogres.
Ruairi: Smash Spam, but for Glas, N+Smash since it has instinctive reaction
Jenna: Use Melee. Range misses too much. Aim for Alchemists first because they somehow do nearly 100 damage with Wind Blast
Cai: LD Spam. When LD is in CD, run around the circle like a drunk bastard until you can use it again (Use CTRL-targeting). Don't bother with either WC or Smashing the body, because it's faster to simply run around the circle LD'ing when you get the chance (The body also dies when you manage to kill the head, so if you were WC'ing the body several times and take out the head with an LD, you just wasted water crystals). Remember that if you have your camera "fixed", you won't see the Uroboro that's far away from you (it's still there and can attack you).
Hint: Uroboro will "wiggle" when it's about to attack, and all four heads attack at the same time. Moving around constantly will almost always avoid the attack.
Marlowe: Smash Spam

It takes 4 Life Drains to kill an Ouro head. By the time you cast 3 Life Drains your Smash or WC will both have destroyed the body, at which point a single Smash will destroy the head. Unless your Life Drain crits at least once per head, you're actually taking longer to defeat Ouro if you rely solely on Life Drain.
Also, considering that for the first two missions you will likely be hugging the corners, it is actually better to outright ignore the spiders in Mari's mission and the imps in Tarlach's and instead keep hitting posts until you spawn the boss(es).

People actually use alchemy in Cai's RP? I found it faster to just auto attack the boss with bare fists.

Auto-attack is actually slower because you trigger ping so much. 1-charge WC in close proximity to the center of an Ouro's hit-box with full MP can actually crit for 1-1.5k, whereas your base melee damage is less than 200.

Disagree 100%. All it takes is a single LB to fuck up your magic and get you a hammer to the face.
