Yeah, they made the change to having Season 2 require you to be Level 50 and Episode 10 finished instead of running side-by-side. It was to try to help players to not get confused at what is going on in the story since they technically take place at the same time.
How can you complete Episode 10 by level 50? That is the most retarded requirement I have ever seen. There's 0 point in requiring level 50 when the last mission you need requires level 60.

Ah, I knew I read it somewhere... I had to find the info again on EU's website since NA didn't mention much about it. Anyways, the Lvl 50 requirement is mostly for those that had began Season 2 before they finished Season 1. Their characters I guess don't have the Episode 10 block, as new characters do. But since there is no level area in S2 below 50 (there's only two levels, 50-69, and 70-80), they technically can't continue or finish Season 2 until they're at least that level.

Doesn't the S2 storyline mesh with S1 in its early stages? I mean there's one scene in S2 where Ellis fucking dies; doesn't that create some sort of conflict or did they change it around?

Yeah, S1 and S2 run together storyline wise, but they're 2-sides of the story. One side of the story of Lann, Fiona, and Lynn, and the other side is Vella and Hurk. (Not sure which side Kai, Evie and Karok belong in)

I'm not sure what you mean. Regardless is that conflicting storyline still there?

You seem to like to call everything op. Lynn is a character that heavily depends on the players skills and abilities to time and combo correctly. It is unrelenting to players who dont know how to use her, but can top the charts on dps if the player knows how to use her well. She will basically be one of the best characters imo in this game because she isnt faceroll easy like hurk to top dps but can still do so if you have any form of skill.

...I figured I explained it pretty easily, but I guess not. The story of Season 2 still takes place at the time of season 1. Think of it as you are seeing Season 1 through one person's eyes, and Season 2 through another person's. They intertwine with each other in time, and almost nothing more. It's basically 2 sides of a coin in terms of a story.
Also, don't care for Lynn, give me my Episode 4 already.

Her teaser got updated.
Wtf she's a princess? [S]Iset's sister and all that shit?[/S] I think DevCAT's just overdramatising these characters.
