  o i can speak from experience. They can roll your ish back pretty easily. They can roll any skill back (again), just not my ego pls.

  They told me that when i had an issue and requested a rollback (got blackrobed)
  "We cannot rollback a single character, please wait untill the issue gets fixed, we are sorry blah blah blah ..."

  not really, they have to GIVE you an item to "rollback" your skills, they can't just access your files and replace them with the old ones and such, it's a database, a single player rollback can create more problems that the ones it solves.

  ohhhh ok im glad you know. when i got rolled back on my skills, I kept the dex that the skills gave. IE I had the 24 dex tailoring gave me wit rank F tailoring.

  Least-rewarding in the respect that a ton of previous events have given out the same or similar items (e.g. red upgrade stones, 2x potions), but in conjunction with other, better items (e.g. fines reforges, fashionogi)

  "Rolling back" a single character is probably not the correct terminology to use, but yes, they can modify your character on an individual basis. They do it on maplestory more frequently than one would think, and dakota is talking on behalf of them modifying his character.
