Vocaloid is not an anime. At least, they might have made an anime about it afterwards. They might make an anime about Mabinogi but that doesn't make Mabinogi an anime. Same is true for Vocaloid.

All anime content in Mabi thus far are crossovers, but not all crossovers are anime content.

IIRC the character/RB/Pon changes overseas unlocked all the previously limited-time hair and customization options, which would include butler/maid and crossover stuff, right?

Yes, that change was made in Korea when they made free rebirth available weekly instead of every three weeks. This resulted in cards being unusable for rebirths, so they had to make them always available.

(However, that does not include Butler/Maid hair. NA is the only server to ever have them available to players, and that was by accident. They removed it from the options when their mistake was realized.)

Isn't Mabinogi considered an "Anime MMORPG"? It's entirely possible that we will not be getting any anime crossover events. I wouldn't be surprised if all we get a bunch of summer events in an attempt to make this the "Ultimate Mabinogi Summer".

Unlike other servers, NA usually gets updates in the same exact order KR did if not earlier (like how we got Free Extra Storage/Inv+ at the same exact generation and season update KR did). However, we did not get the Free Weekly Rebirth after Vate/Dressingroom and before Master Chef.

That does not mean NA won't get free weekly rebirth or they will. That is entirely up to Nexon America and no, nobody is entitled to any update. Nobody is robbing you of an update if they choose to not do so. So please do not vandalize, flame, and spam because you think you deserve an update. (Sorry Estucheon, that wasn't aimed specifically at you. I'm just tired of seeing people annoy other people just because they feel like others are automatically obligated to their interest.)

That seems like a stretch; Mabi just isn't an anime, that's confusing and inaccurate. Maybe some MMO players and sites disagree with me, but I don't think that's what Nexon is hinting at regardless.

Agreed. Mabinogi through and throughout is a Korean MMO-RPG that is merely marketed and advertised as an anime MMO-RPG by Nexon.

However, if they were to specifically use the term -anime- which is extremely centralized around a certain media type within their target market, it would be odd for them to not deliver anything related to the anime crossovers which have featured in Japan over the years.

That's just my take on the matter though.
