The failure figures for other npc's might be higher considering accessibility and being first choice for higher repair rates.

There's no way that's right.
If all 6.2m players (including those who never finished G1) spammed Ciar Beginner, they would each need to complete it 1.6k times.

Are they certain that it was just the Ciar Beginner Golem and not all kinds of Golems?
It's also odd how only about a 5th of all players ever died and 40 times more Nao Stones were used.
Unless the "fallen in battle" applies to PvP.
